DAAD Research Ambassadors to Present at the German–Australian Science and Innovation Day, Brisbane German Week 2025

Join us on Tuesday, 7 October for the popular German-Australian Science and Innovation Day as part of Brisbane German Week 2025. On this day, Griffith University’s DAAD Research Ambassadors, Prof. Joerg Baumeister and Assoc. Prof. Thomas Haselhorst, will share insights into DAAD’s 100-year anniversary, exciting pathways for research in Germany, and available DAAD funding programs. They will also spotlight and showcase their own cutting-edge research as part of German–Australian collaboration. From 1 October 2025, Brisbane German Week will celebrate the thriving relationship between Queensland and Germany and bring together all lovers of Germany and German culture for 17 days. For the 10th time, the Science and Innovation Day will showcase German-Australian science partnerships and promote research collaboration.
