The objective of this event is to maintain momentum in and visibility of Australia-Germany research cooperation. Hosted as virtual event, this 2020 conference is held in place of the annual AGRN network meetings (Science and Innovation Days) at Australian universities. It will bring together German and Australian researchers and stakeholders interested in bilateral research cooperation from around Australia, and–timing allowing- also from Germany. High-profile guest and panel speakers as well as expert researchers will discuss current developments in key areas of bilateral research focus including digitisation in education, smart cities, space research, energy and bio-economy. The program includes Q&A sessions with the audience, networking sessions, and an information session on study and research programs in Germany hosted by the DAAD Information Centre Sydney.
